CEO & FOUNDER
With over a decade of experience in recruitment and consulting, Ms Ruwina brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for building high-performing teams. Her career spans multiple sectors, with specialised exposure in the maritime and industrial ecosystem.
Her expertise extends beyond hiring — she understands workforce strategy, leadership development, and organisational transformation. Driven by a commitment to creating meaningful impact, she founded RSH to deliver strategic consulting, training, and recruitment solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
Under her leadership, RSH Group continues to expand, guided by professionalism, integrity, and a strong client-centric philosophy.
Mr Muhammad Sufi Soon
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
With extensive hands-on experience managing finance operations across multiple entities, Mr Sufi oversees RSH Group’s financial governance, compliance, and back-office operations. His portfolio includes financial monitoring, budgeting, vendor and contract administration, payroll management, and statutory reporting to local authorities.
Currently pursuing a Master of Finance, he is instrumental in strengthening RSH Group’s financial systems, risk management framework, and shared-services capabilities to support the Group’s regional growth.
